Mary Ellen Ott, M.Ed. is the owner and founder of Nurture U. The mission of Nurture U is to guide and inspire busy people to be both happier and healthier by changing the things they can. As a Holistic Wellness Coach, Mary Ellen stresses the need for healthy self-nurturance in the process of change. Mary Ellen received her designation as a Registered Corporate Coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She is also a Certified Hypnotherapist through the International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association. This combination of skills and training enables Mary Ellen to work with clients who desire change by tapping into the strength of the mind-body connection.
